• Fill up the eIA opening form
• Submission of Form along with POI, POA & DoB proof, canceled cheque
• Verification of eIA opening form along with Supporting Documents & KYC
• Data Capture, Scanning, eIA opening Form, Proof of Identity, Proof of Address, DoB Proof, Canceled Cheque, Dispatch of eIA form & KYC docs
• Uploading of information & Scanned Images
• eIA Creation
• Dispatch of eIA KIT, Clent Master, Password, Sms /email alert for user id
• Log on to Insurance Repository Website & Check eIA Details

Steps

• Filling of eIA change request form
• Submission of CR Form along with respective proof if required
• Verification of change Request Form &Supporting Documents
• If discrepancy is observed, a communication will be sent to the eIA holder informing him about the same and the same should be rectified by the applicant so that application processing can be done
• Processing will be done by Scanning & Uploading of Request form and supporting documents
• eIA updation Details will be fed to Insurance Company
• Intimation of service request Status by email & sms to Policy Holder
• Log on to NIR Website & Check eIA Details
